продавец проломлен, он не указывал об ограничении доставки в РФ, и выставил снова..
после моего гневного письма в его продажу, ответ его был такой:

Ah you're right. I though I did put a block on shipping to Russia but it looks as if the listing failed to update that information.

I will send your figure because you are right. I'm sorry for misinforming you.

I will send it tomorrow and then make sure my listings have updated properly
