На твоих фотографиях фигурки, кажется, не 12", а 8-9 где-то. Первая серия АвП. У них нет, кажется.
А вот у 12" Скара точно снимается:

Да, я прав. Вот инфа по этим фигуркам. Ниже есть 12" Скар на полукруглой подставке. У него маска снимается.

SCAR PREDATOR

Height: 8 1/2 inches tall on base. Articulation: Neck (ball joints), shoulders (double ball joints), elbows, wrists (left is ball-jointed), pectoral joints, chest (ball joint), waist, hips (ball joints), thighs, knees and ankles (ball joints).
