In case if the product is as described as listing page and if buyer open "Return" case it is considered as a remorse reason.

I would like to inform that whenever buyer open “Return” case we always investigate the case with detail information and take appropriate decision on case.
In case if buyer open “return” case I would recommend you to resolve the issue mutually with the buyer or else you can write back to us so that we can provide you the appropriate resolution.
