2. нюанс в том что для ебей он мне не доставлен
и когда ебей спросит- можно нервы потрепать
мне и в сша не доставлен
думаю вот, наказать, но в описании указано ...
просто фото от реального выставлено было

3. попытка решить, пишу им безграмотно как и они на ебее и не парюсь смысл уловите потом..

4. As was stated in the auction ,, this is a model kit that needs assembly and paint. It was NOT listed as a pre-built/painted statue. Models are generally listed with pics of either the unfinished kit or finished kit ( so buyer can see what it looks like when they have completed it.)

However, we do not offer compensation for buyer mistakes or not asking questions before buying.

There is not real photo of Item at page of seller is Palisades Alien Painted (not real Item) and I was connected the Seller they - do not understand Me So This a photo from Item Lot and My receipent There are so different They are not compensate... So decision for You are - E-bey Last one is from seller page Mistake from us ? If there will be real photos of Item - We are never will bought this fake

7. Thats fine, the picture is from home media 4 u, a model company and you can see some of their logo in the picture, so let ebay decide

а как Вы думаете, если разместив фото на странице и сделав аукцион он присылает завуалированно 3д принт или ваще хз что только невнятно написав и потом изиенив текст
он то думал что шлет по сша
они там тупые что ли
а вот нифига,
может у меня дома по всему миру
но он явно обманул, и если ебей вякнет - будет понятно есть фото продажи есть фото прихода
и он сам сознается
и отказывается
будте осторожны с канадой сша и британцами на ебей, те кого я помню

конечно на е-бей уже после такого написано - использлван чужой образ для подачи своего псевдо товара, явное нарушение прав
