ребята, прошу совета. первый раз получил отказ от продавца на Amazon.co.uk Приобрел артбук, прошел месяц, продавец так и не выслал. Сегодня получил уведомление об отмене заказа. Как вернуть деньги? нужно ли писать в службу или возврат будет проведен автоматически на карту?
текст в письме:"Dear Customer,We're writing to inform you that your order 026-2217261-4946729 from perkymunkle has been cancelled by the seller with the following reason: - The seller perkymunkle did not confirm shipment of these items within 30 days.
