В теории на bbts можно предоплатить заказ, а точнее завести деньги на счет. Писал им как-то, вот что ответили:

At this time we unfortunately do not have access to charge your credit card ahead of time for a preorder but you are welcome to send us a money order instead. We would simply add the money to your BBTS account as store credit which would automatically be applied to your preorder when it arrives. Please note that the shipping quoted to you is only an estimate and may vary slightly depending on the actual weight of the item when it arrives to us.

Please be sure to include a note with your payment that informs us of your BBTS account email address and states the payment is for a preorder.
