We are thrilled to hear that you are pleased with your Terminator Genisys 1:4 Scale Guardian. We are happy to hear that the quality is better than others you have received but we are sorry that the on/off button for your statue is sticking. This sticking of the tiny black push button is one that seems to be consistent with nearly every Guardian we've had delivered. With a little wiggling this button will usually engage or disengage allowing the user to turn the eye on or off. We spoke with the manufacturer about this issue and we were told that it is typical of this type of push button. We will take all of this into consideration when it is time to manufacture the next piece.

You are correct to understand that there were only 300 Guardians produced worldwide, so you've got a nice piece of collector's history in this product. We apologize for not including batteries with the Guardian, but customs will not allow for any company to send batteries with their products, declaring them highly volatile. If we tried to ship batteries with our products and customs found out, they could technically deny the package access to your country and send the entire package straight back to us here in the United States. This would be extremely expensive and time-consuming, so we follow rules and do not include batteries with our products.
