Продавец отзвонился в USPS и дал мне следующий ответ:
"I just got off the phone w/ customer service w/ the usps international packaging division. They told me that this # I gave you is a customs #, not necessarly a tracking # even though it can be used for that too. They also told me that these numbers are used over and over again, and that the website will only show the first one listed (which would be the June 8). Her screen also showed the one mailed by me yesterday but its not the first one listed so you/I cant see it on the website. She said if you want that confirmed you can contact them at 1-800-222-1811. She also said I could probably get a printout of that info at my post office also."
Кто что думает по этому поводу?! 
Это мой всего третий заказ, кто-то из опытных сталкивался с такой ситуацией?
Выходит, посылка пойдет вслепую, останется надеяться и верить в светлое, доброе, лучшее?!....
