Привет всем. Суть такова, нужно выслать детальку обратно продавцу (:mad:), от него получил письмо:
"Thanks for your confirmation, we are pleased to help you return one side for deposit, Please package it carefully and ship it back to the following address:
American Innovative Production, Inc
365 Cloverleaf Dr STE C
Baldwin Park CA 91706
On the outside of the package must include RMA# R-9471323-R-1214. otherwise, we won't accept the return package.Please note that all RMA numbers do have an expiration date. Once the item is received and inspected, the refund for the deposit will be issued for you,
and we are glad to partial refund you $15 for the other side you keep, could you please kindly leave us a positive feedback?
We value you as our customer and will do our best to resolve your issue. Please feel free to let us know if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you."
Суть вот в чем, требует какойто номер и нет получателя (ФИО), может ктонибудь разьяснить по данному вопросу?
