написала им вчера в техподдержку, получила размытый ответ. про почту ни слова, только о том, как усердно трудятся сотрудники склада и что нужно еще подождать.
Thanks again for your order! At this time I see your order is currently in our warehouse being processed for shipment but it should be going out soon. During checkout, the estimated window of delivery is provided so that our warehouse team will process and ship your order that should reach you by that estimated deadline. Payment processing and order fulfillment is only completed during our regular hours of operation of Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, CST (excluding holiday closures). I do apologize for the wait as we usually are able to process orders with very quick turn-around times. We do ask you to allow our Warehouse staff some time (up to 3 business days) from the day your order was received to hand select your items and process your package for shipment. Our Warehouse staff is currently working very diligently to get orders out as quickly and efficiently as possible. We appreciate your patience and support while your order is being prepared for shipment. Once it does leave our warehouse for delivery, you will receive a 'Ship Notification' email.
